All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total payable, including any delivery charge, is shown before you confirm an order, with no hidden charges added afterwards.
Product information
Pre-packaged goods carry the declarations required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 — including net quantity, manufacturer details, MRP and best-before date — on the pack itself. Product photographs on this site are for illustration. Always read the pack for sizing, weight range, ingredients and directions before use, and follow the manufacturer’s guidance.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order where the address falls outside the area we serve, where an item is unavailable, or where we cannot reach you to confirm. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and either substitute it with your agreement or refund that item.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for our delivery staff where possible.
Delivery
We deliver across Mira Road East and nearby areas, daily until 10:30 pm. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or stock. If we cannot deliver, we will tell you and refund anything already paid.
Cancellation, exchange and refunds
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us. Exchanges and refunds are covered by our Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Grievance redressal
As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to The Proprietor, Salikah Diapers Point at the address above or on +91 77180 97497. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Thane, Maharashtra. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
