What we collect and why
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and, if you give one, your email address. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held on your device and ours. We collect this only to take, pack, deliver and account for your order, and to contact you if something about it changes.
We do not collect card, UPI or bank details on this website. Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, so no payment credentials pass through this site.
Consent
You give consent by placing an order or contacting us. You may withdraw it at any time by calling or messaging +91 77180 97497. Withdrawing consent does not affect an order already delivered, and we may still keep records the law requires us to keep.
Who else sees your data
Our delivery staff see your name, address and phone number in order to reach you. Our hosting provider stores this website and its database on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, or on your request.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or complete anything inaccurate, erase data no longer needed, and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to. To do any of this, contact the Grievance Officer below.

This site sets cookies to remember your basket and to keep you signed in if you create an account. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.
